An Introduction to KL Speed Dating
KL Speed Dating is an event designed to help working professionals aged 30-45 meet and connect through a series of short and structured face-to-face interactions.
Participants will have brief, timed conversations with each other, typically lasting 5-7 minutes. After each interaction, attendees will note if they would like to see the person again and move on to the next date.
You can register through our website by filling out a registration form and paying the event fee. Ensure you complete every section to secure your spot.
Dress in smart casual attire that makes you feel confident and comfortable. Business attire is also appropriate if you’re coming straight from work. Remember, first impressions are important, but it’s equally important to stay true to yourself.
Just bring yourself and a positive attitude! If you’d like, you can also bring a notepad and pen to jot down your thoughts after each date.
Your personal information is kept confidential. Only your first name will be revealed to your dates. Contact details are exchanged only when both parties have mutually agreed to connect after the event.
If there is a mutual match, you will receive each other’s contact information within 24 hours of the event so that you can arrange a more in-depth follow-up date.
Speed dating can be a numbers game, and it’s possible not to match at your first event. We encourage you to attend another session, as different attendees can lead to different outcomes.
The number of participants varies by event, but we try to have 10 people for you to meet on every speed date.
Yes, we ask all participants to be respectful and courteous to each other. Disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event and barred from joining future events
